Activate Pro
- After you buy, your licence key is on the thank-you page and in your receipt email.
- In the app, choose One Clear Reader > Enter Licence Key…
- Paste the key and choose Activate. It looks like K7QM-2XRP-9HTB-4WNA.
- Pro now works offline. The app checks your licence now and then when you're online.
Tip. One key works on up to 3 of your Macs.
Move Pro to another Mac
- On the old Mac, open Enter Licence Key… and choose Remove from this Mac.
- On the new Mac, activate with the same key.
Updates
- Once a day, the app checks for a new version. If there is one, a small note offers the download.
- Choose Download, then drag the new app into Applications to replace the old one. Your settings, themes and notes stay.
- Check any time with One Clear Reader > Check for Updates…
- To turn the daily check off, press ⌘K and choose Turn off automatic update checks.
New here?
- Take the 30-second tour: choose Take the 30-second tour on the welcome screen, or Help > Take the 30-Second Tour.
- It opens a sample page and shows you the path box, Aa, zoom, Review, Edit and ⌘K.
